Spanish Sangria:

For 60 guests (8.5 oz per person).

Ingredients:

* 2.6 gallons of wine (1.8 gallon of red wine, and 0.8 gallon of white wine)
* 84.5 oz of mixed fruit juices (2.5L)
* 2 bottles of Effervé (1.5L of French Limonade, or Lemonade).
* 33.8 oz (1L) of alcohol (50% cointreau + any other alcohol of your choice)
* 4 to 5 bananas
* 3 to 4 oranges
* 4 to 5 lemon
* 1 can of apricot or peaches in light syrup
* 1 bottle of cane sugar syrup (hard to find in the US, you can replace it by regular sugar)
* cinnamon

Prepare this delicious recipe the day before your party, or at least 5 hours before the beginning.

Vodka Orange:

Put several ice cubes into a shaker and add:

* 4 cl vodka
* 8 cl Effervé orangeade

Panaché:

* 50% of a light blonde ale
* 50% of Effervé French Limonade

Gin Fizz:

Put several ice cubes into a shaker and add:

* 4cl Gin
* 8cl Effervé French Limonade or Lemonade

Effervé Mimosa:

Mix Effervé orangeade and white wine. Taste it, you will like it !
